World's Worst Dictator??
Came across this interesting survey; this US based magazine comes out with such a list every year...some well known dictators/presidents and some surprises such as Russian president "Vladimir Putin"...I always thought they had elections in Russia, but I guess I was wrong.

well, I'd rather say those who put Putin as a candidate for a "dictator", haven't been living under the dictatorship or even authoritarian regime. Russia does have elections etc. Surely there are many things to improve, but in my opinion, in the so-called West some just like calling Russian leaders dictators by default, especially when the country grows stringer and pursues its interests...
anyways, think twice before trusting any media :)
